Adult training groups allow climbers to progress rapidly and safely in the sport while preventing injuries.
Climbers of all level will experience the motivation of gathering and training as a group. The participants will train together in groups of 10 during sessions animated by our coach Joël Gagnon-Lafrenière. The weekly training focuses on physical preparation as well as climbing strategies and techniques.
Prerequisite: Being motivated!
