Modify your membership

You may place your monthly autopay membership on hold by “freezing” it for $8+tx/month. You may also terminate it for free once you completed your initial three month commitment. 

Any change to your membership status must be done before the 9th day of the month and will be effective on your next monthly payment. It can be done in person at the gyms, by phone or by filling out this form:

Any request for a membership change (freeze or termination) for the current period will be refused.
